The thing is, so far, it seems to be an ordinary rhinovirus. A common cold,
basically. Healthy people might catch it, feel unwell for a few days to a
week, and be on the mend. If someone has a compromised immune system or a
respiratory condition like, say, asthma, however, it will be harder for
their body to fight it on its own. It's rare that someone gets ill enough
to die from this kind of virus, particularly if they're healthy to start
with.
