It's kind of early still, but I know some of you need all the help you can get everyone's got busy schedules to work around, so I'm announcing it ahead of time: I'm going to hosting lessons for anyone who wants to learn how to make chocolate in time for Valentine's day. I also have, you know, the stuff to make it with. Pretty important.
